Fly Fitness classes are innovative, spontaneous, and diverse. Each class is done on the fly at various locations in the Seattle area.

The ultimate calorie-burning workout! Spring Training, is a fun and challenging combination of cardiovascular and strength training drills. We will run, jump, lift and push our way into spring!

On The Fly
There is something for everybody in this exciting class! Each week will be a different adventure, taking place at a different venue. One day it could be running stairs, followed by core training in a local park. The next week, Fly could bring you through a volleyball conditioning class, followed by a game against your class mates.
No matter what we do, or where we do it, you can count on a killer class with lots of fun!
